NON-TOXIC MATERIALS: We exclusively feature premium brands like SodaPup because their toys are made in the USA from FDA-compliant, non-toxic, and biodegradable natural rubber. They are free from BPA, phthalates, and heavy metals.
VET-APPROVED SELECTION: All treats and training exercises are reviewed by our veterinary experts to ensure they are healthy and age-appropriate. We focus on high-quality proteins and avoid "mystery meats" or harmful artificial fillers.
DURABILITY FOR "POWER CHEWERS": We know puppies can be destructive. Our toys, such as the SodaPup Nylon Chew, are engineered to withstand aggressive chewing, reducing the risk of small pieces being swallowed.

The Cutoff: Orders placed by the 15th of the month will ship out on the 20th.
Late Orders: If you sign up after the 15th, your first box will ship on the 20th of the following month.
Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email the moment your box leaves our "doghouse" so you can watch it every step of the way.

Gift Subscriptions: You can purchase a monthly, 6 or 12-month prepaid plan. Simply enter the recipient's name and shipping address at checkout, and we’ll make sure the box arrives at their door.

We want you to stay because you love us, not because you’re trapped! You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify Account Dashboard.
The Deadline: To avoid being charged for the next month, please make any changes by the 10th of the month.
Please note that cancellations for 6-month and 12-month subscription plans are not eligible for reimbursement. You will continue to receive boxes for the duration of your prepaid term. For monthly subscriptions, cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle.
